From Errand Coordination to Full Check-in Programme

What We Did

Started with weekly errand coordination — groceries, pharmacy, one monthly appointment. Shared calendar set up for both siblings. After two months, the family requested a trial of the check-in service alongside the errands, as they wanted more regular contact during the week.

Six Months Later

What We Did

Conducted a full on-site assessment three weeks before the planned move. Assessed bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, and the main circulation route through the house. Produced a written room-by-room plan and a recommended items list. Follow-up visit booked for six weeks after the parent arrived.

Three Months Later

The parent settled in without the adjustment difficulties the family had worried about. The follow-up visit identified two further minor adjustments.
