Updates are shared by WhatsApp message or email, according to the family's preference. They are brief and factual — a short paragraph noting what was done, how the visit went, and anything worth mentioning. We keep them warm but concise so they're easy to read on a busy day.

What area in Penang do you serve?

Our base is in George Town and we regularly assist families across Pulau Pinang, including Tanjung Bungah, Batu Ferringhi, Air Itam, and Jelutong. For the Home Comfort Setup service, we can also arrange remote consultations for families elsewhere in Malaysia.
